Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping time does not include processing time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Our Party of 3, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, delivery issues, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Our Party of 3, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist where possible.
