Custom Orders & Design
Do you offer custom embroidery and DTF printing?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing on select products.

Custom items are created using customer-provided designs or inspiration.

Non-custom (ready-to-ship) items are available directly from our shop and do not require customization.
Our role for custom orders is to bring your vision to life — not to create original artwork from scratch.
Do you create custom artwork or logos?
No. We do not create original artwork or logos.
For custom orders, customers must provide:

Final artwork files or

Clear reference/sample images showing the desired design style
We’re happy to help prepare your provided design for production, but original artwork creation is not offered.
What file types do you accept?
We accept the following file types:

If you’re unsure whether your file will work, feel free to send it — we’re happy to review it before production.
Can you make small adjustments to my design?
Yes. Minor adjustments are typically included, such as:

Placement changes
Significant redesigns or artistic changes are not offered.
What is embroidery digitizing?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting your provided artwork into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read. This step is required for all embroidery and is based entirely on the design you submit.
Digitizing does not involve creating or redesigning artwork. There is a separate cost for digitizing, which varies depending on design complexity, size, and other technical factors. Digitizing is completed by a professional digitizer, allowing Our Party of 3 Threads to accurately and beautifully embroider your design onto garments.

DTG Printing: Printed designs transferred to fabric; ideal for full-color, detailed artwork.
We’re happy to help you determine which method works best for your design.
Turnaround Time
How long does production take?

Custom items: Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after design approval.

Non-custom shop items: Processing times are listed on the product page.

When does production begin?
For custom orders, production begins only after:

Design files or samples are received

Final placement and sizing are approved

Delays in approval may delay production.
Orders, Changes & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the work.
Custom items:
Because these items are made using customer-provided designs, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a production error on our part.
Non-custom shop items:
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error made by Our Party of 3 Threads.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. We ship within the United States.

Processing time: 5–7 business days

Shipping time: 3–7 business days once shipped
Shipping times do not include processing time.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup options, if available, will be shown at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship using USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address accuracy & delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where possible.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How should I care for embroidered or DTG items?
To ensure longevity:
